Manufacturer Insomniac Games has confirmed that now Marvel’s Spider-Man in PS4 allows you to migrate backups to PS5 version, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered. Previously the two games were not compatible with each other, but the studio decided to respond to the fan noise.
In order to perform the transfer, according to the company, it is necessary to open the PS4 version of Spiderman and select the save you want to import from the game. If you are logged in to the same PSN account, the save will be added to the PS5 version of the game with the touch of a button.
That is: at least need to have the PS4 version of the game installed in order to make the file transfer process.
In addition to transferring all your progress, any titles the player has unlocked in the PS4 version will also be automatically unlocked in the PS5 version of the game.
Another novelty, now for those still using the old console version, is that Insomniac has added three additional skins for fans: The Amazing Spider-Man, ArachnidRider and White Spider.
It is worth remembering that the version Fixed in Marvel’s Spider-Man it is not marketed alone. It is sold as part of the package Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Ultimate, a more complete and expensive version of the spider hero game.
Miles Morales is a sequel, albeit less in scope, focusing on other characters also appearing in the first game.
